Licensing Terms

Commercial Use is Welcome Here

Every digital quilt panel and seamless coordinate design sold at Loom Quiltery™ comes with a commercial use license. That means you can print, make and sell finished quilted items, with no extra fees and no complicated paperwork.

What Your License Includes

  • Print the design on fabric at your local or online fabric printer, as many times as you need
  • Sew and sell finished quilts, wall hangings, play mats and nursery items made from the printed panel or seamless coordinate design
  • Use in small-batch or made-to-order production (up to 500 printed units per design)
  • Create items for craft fairs, Etsy shops, local boutiques or client commissions

What Is Not Permitted

  • Reselling, sharing or redistributing the digital files themselves
  • Offering the files as part of a bundle, subscription or download service
  • Claiming the original artwork as your own design
  • Mass manufacturing. Print runs over 500 units per design require a separate license: contact hello@loomquiltery.com and get written consent by email before you go ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sell quilts I make from your panels or seamless coordinates at craft fairs or on Etsy?
Yes, absolutely. That’s exactly what the commercial license is for. Sell away!

Do I need to credit Loom Quiltery™ on finished items?
Not required, but always appreciated. A simple “Design by Loom Quiltery™” on a tag or listing goes a long way in the quilting community.

Can I print multiple copies of the same panel or seamless coordinate design?
Yes, for personal or small-batch commercial use. For print runs of more than 500 units of a single design, contact hello@loomquiltery.com for a volume license, and get written consent by email before you go ahead.

Can I use the panels or seamless coordinates in quilting classes or workshops?
Yes, purchased panels and seamless coordinates may be used for teaching. Each student who wants their own copy should buy one individually.

What file formats are included?
Digital quilt panels and seamless coordinates are supplied as high-quality PNG files at 150 DPI, ready to print at the size shown on each product page.

How do I print my design?
See my How to Print Your Quilt Panel guide for step-by-step tips on choosing fabric, uploading to a printer and ordering a swatch.
